Treatment for Children
Mounting scientific evidence suggests chiropractic care can be a natural management option for children suffering form such conditions as otitis media, (middle ear inflammation), colic and other ailments.
Ear ache (Otitis media) has been helped with mild spinal manipulation if there are neck misalignments causing the inflammation. Nutritional counseling may be required as ear inflammation has been shown to be also caused by food sensitivities. The majority of ear aches are not caused by infection and antibiotics is no longer the gold standard of medical care for otitis media.
