Is posture important?

Yes, don’t slouch in a chair, desk or work station. Never sleep upright in a chair. Practice relaxed balanced posture when you are standing, walking, sitting and working. Don’t look or reach up for long periods of time. Use a stool or ladder to reach a high place. When driving, don’t stretch your neck up or forward, but adjust the seat instead.
