Insurance Information
We accept most major insurance plans that provide a chiropractic benefit and will call to verify your coverage. The fees for services vary depending on the level of care and the services rendered. As a convenience to you, we will gladly file your insurance claim to your main insurance plan and also to any secondary or supplemental plans.
Feel free to call our office if you have questions about participation in an insurance plan. I do not accept Medicare insurance payment, but have a medicare discount cash plan that you pay the office. I will then bill medicare so you can be paid directly from Medicare for the spinal manipulation service.
